Minimum opening orders are $150. Re-orders are $100. Orders will ship within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. Payment for opening orders is by Visa/MC, AMEX, PayPal, COD, or pre-paid with
a company check. Net 30 is available once credit has been established.
